Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) are now an integral part of selling or renting your home, many estate agents both online and on the high street can arrange this for you, but it can be quite expensive. I decided to do something about this by offering a great value, local service.

Simply give us a call or email to arrange a suitable time for me to perform the survey and I can often issue your certificate the same day for one low, all inclusive price.

Domestic
Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are needed whenever a domestic property is:

  • Built
  • Sold
  • Rented

You must order an EPC for potential buyers and tenants before you market your property to sell or rent.

The person selling the house, the landlord or the letting agent must show you the EPC if you’re buying or renting.

YOU CAN BE FINED IF YOU DON’T GET AN EPC WHEN YOU NEED ONE.
Commercial​
Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are needed whenever a commercial property is:

  • Rented Out
  • Sold
  • Re-configured

You must order an EPC for potential buyers and tenants before you market your property to sell or rent.

YOU CAN BE FINED BETWEEN £500 AND £5,000 BASED ON THE RATEABLE VALUE OF THE BUILDING IF YOU DON’T MAKE AN EPC AVAILABLE TO ANY PROSPECTIVE BUYER OR TENANT..
